Workplace Health & Safety Update
5 December, 2008
Recent changes have been made to the Workplace Health & Safety Act. Government Departments will now be subject to workplace place health & safety investigations and capable of being prosecuted if found in breach of the Workplace Health & Safety Act.

Award Modernisation

On 29 April 2008 the President of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission Justice Giudice released a statement and other information concerning the award modernisation process requested by the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
