October 20 Deadline Approaches - Employers Beware

The Federal Government requirement that all existing employees, as at 20 July 2007, be made aware of the Fairness Test by 20 October 2007 is fast approaching. All employers that have not yet provided the relevant information Fact Sheet should do so on or before 20 October.
