Brock heads the Firm’s Commercial and Property Division. Brock has a particular interest and expertise in:

Corporate insolvency;
Commercial leasing;
Pharmaceutical purchases, structures and industry matters;
Industrial workplace law litigation;
Corporate insolvency;
Mortgages.

WORKING WITH CLIENTS

Brock is the adviser to a major pharmacy owner and operator throughout Australia on both financial and purchase and sale related matters;
Is the adviser to numerous property and shopping centre owners on all commercial risk issues;
Acts in major corporate insolvency matters;
Is currently retained as the Firm’s representative to the professional indemnity insurer for the Queensland Law Society;
The adviser to a major construction trade union in Queensland;
Former adviser on the format of the Queensland Master Builders Contract;
Currently the Deputy Chairman of the Racing Appeals Tribunal.
