CTP insurance litigation
Professional indemnity insurance litigation
General insurance public liability claims

Justin has a particular expertise in claims involving fraud as well as major/catastrophic claims.

WORKING WITH INSURERS

Justin has worked in-house for general insurers involving file reviews including claims conduct, auditing and evaluation of reserves.
Justin is part of an in-house focus group for a particular CTP insurer to assist with training and planning to assess quantum and reserves on files. Part of this role involves forward planning of file management, educating clients on conference techniques and keeping them up to date on the law and changes in the law.
Justin also provides in-house training to insurance clients and their staff.

EDUCATION

Justin is a regular contributor and writer for an insurance industry newsletter, published quarterly, concentrating on an evaluation of Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (PIPA) cases.

APPROACH TO CLAIMS

I believe that a client’s objectives are of paramount importance. My particular skill is to utilise my experience and knowledge to provide timely advice, to respond quickly to client requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
