Shelley delivers in-house training sessions for her insurer clients;
Shelley is involved in strategic planning meetings and keeps insurers up to date with information dealing with case law and latest developments;
Shelley has assisted her clients to understand the Civil Liability Act and has assisted them in determining preliminary investigations that need to be carried out in order to run claims internally.
Shelley has also assisted client insurers by instigating processes for investigating claims.
