Tim practices in:

Professional indemnity matters;
Insurance litigation;
Public liability litigation;
Medical negligence insurance claims.

Tim has particular expertise in insurance claims and he also has a post graduate qualification in Insurance Law.

EXPERIENCE

Tim’s present practice includes acting in professional indemnity matters on behalf of the statutory insurer of solicitors throughout the State of Queensland.
Tim also acts on behalf of several medical defence organisations representing the interests of medical practitioners and surgeons throughout Queensland.
Tim also has experience acting on behalf of other professionals including valuers, engineers and architects, amongst others.

EDUCATION

Tim is a member of the Queensland Committee of the Australian Insurance Law Association.
Tim has given papers on professional indemnity issues to insurers and other practitioners and client groups.
