School bullying whether that be by other students or teachers is something that is not to be tolerated. In the past it was too easy for schools and like institutions to turn a blind eye to this. Now schools are generally very pro active in creating and implementing their own anti bullying policies. However this is all too late for the victims who have endured suffering at the hands of other students or teachers for years. Although the law cannot protect past victims it can allow these people to bring a claim for compensation in certain circumstances.
