Workers Compensation

If you have been injured in an accident at work or you have been injured on your way to or from work, then you are likely to be entitled to receive workers' compensation benefits (which includes the payment of wages). The payment of these benefits is regulated by the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act. Further information is provided below under the heading Statutory Claims.
